Data we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you choose to provide. Technical information may also be generated when the form is submitted. If you consent to audience measurement, Google Analytics may collect device, interaction and approximate location data.
Purposes and legal bases
Contact data is used to reply to your request, prepare potential work together and manage the resulting business relationship. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures. Audience measurement is based exclusively on your consent.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as necessary, and no longer than three years after our last contact unless a longer legal retention period applies. Your analytics choice is stored locally on your device.
Providers and transfers
The site uses Render for hosting, Web3Forms for form delivery, Spotify for the optional embedded playlist and, only after consent, Google Analytics 4 for audience measurement. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their privacy documentation, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your analytics choice and whether the opening animation has already been shown during the session. Google Analytics is not loaded before you accept audience measurement and may then place measurement cookies. The Spotify player is loaded only when you choose to open it; Spotify may then process technical data and use cookies according to its privacy policy. OFF AXIS does not add any advertising tracker of its own.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to certain processing. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time. Submit your request through the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
